Every event is an opportunity to do good
You are planning a private party, an event is coming up in your company or you would like to organise a charity event? Then now is the opportunity to start your own fundraising campaign for children with cancer and their families, and to encourage other people to support the work of Childhood Cancer Switzerland. There are many ways to do good yourself.
Private occasions
A private celebration, such as a birthday, wedding anniversary or christening, is the ideal occasion to motivate friends, colleagues and relatives to donate to children with cancer and their families.

Instead of giving you a gift for a special occasion, your guests can make a meaningful donation to a good cause. If you would like to create a gift box for the occasion, we will be happy to provide you with photos and information material as well as our logo.
Corporate events
Use corporate events, such as anniversaries, Christmas parties or other occasions, for a fundraising campaign for children with cancer and their families, and set a visible sign of your social commitment.

Or you can start your own fundraising campaign within the framework of cultural or sporting events that you organise for the benefit of Childhood Cancer Switzerland. Please inform us in advance about your event or idea. Just give us a call or send us a mail. We would be happy to advise you personally.

Inform
Tell your guests about it beforehand. In your invitation, draw attention to the fact that you will be raising funds for Childhood Cancer Switzerland at your event.

Motivate
Motivate your guests to make a donation to Childhood Cancer Switzerland so that your appeal is successful.

How exactly does a fundraising event work?
We recommend that you inform us as early as possible about the forthcoming fundraising event and provide us with the following details: name of person(s) (person celebrating an anniversary, wedding couple etc.). In the case of a memorial donation, we also need the address of the bereaved family so we can send the donation list.
What is the account number for donations from a fundraising event?
Donations can be paid to the Childhood Cancer Switzerland account: IBAN CH92 0900 0000 4148 3848 7. Please always state a reason for the payment to ensure correct allocation. Alternatively, you can order red payment slips from us for Swiss transfers. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us by sending a mail to donations@childhoodcancer.ch or giving us a call on +41 61 270 44 11.
Is there a donation receipt?
Every donor receives a donation receipt from Childhood Cancer Switzerland. In addition, as initiator, you will receive an overview of the donations received and a personal letter of thanks from us.
Can the Childhood Cancer Switzerland logo be used at fundraising events?
We will be happy to send you our logo for your event on request. Please send a mail to donations@childhoodcancer.ch
Could Childhood Cancer Switzerland send me information material for my event?
You are very welcome to display information material about the work of Childhood Cancer Switzerland at your event. Please contact us directly so we can send you the relevant material in advance by post or mail.
