Guest of the President of the National Council

Childhood Cancer Switzerland and paediatric oncologist Pierluigi Brazzola visited the President of the Swiss National Council, Marina Carobbio, to discuss the situation and challenges in the area of covering the costs of medicines for children with cancer, as well as initial solutions.

Thanks to Ms Carobbio’s active participation, the Federal Council has agreed to prepare a report in 2019 that will analyse this sensitive issue in detail and define possible fields of action to avoid cases of unequal treatment in the future.
