Legal consultation service for adult survivors

From autumn 2021, the Survivors’ Centre is starting a new project in collaboration with Procap: interested survivors are to receive free access to an initial consultation on legal issues. Our partner organisation Procap has lawyers who are already familiar with the issue of survivorship and can thus provide targeted support to those affected.

The new offering provides answers to questions on invalidity insurance (IV), social security issues and the consequences that a reduced workload can involve. It provides information about which benefits can be claimed and where. The legal consultation service answers questions on rehabilitation, aids and other topics, and is seen as an additional form of support in important decision processes.

Anyone interested can get in touch directly with the Head of the Centre, Zuzana Tomasikova, to make an appointment. Counselling takes place in the Procap offices and lasts about 30 minutes.
