Bärgüf – a weekend full of solidarity

On 26 August, survivors, families with children with cancer and Zuzana Tomášiková, the Head of the Survivors’ Centre at Childhood Cancer Switzerland, experienced a moving weekend that made them forget the stress of everyday life. The participants can thank the dedicated team from “Give - nid üfgäh” and its charity event “Bärgüf - together in the fight against childhood cancer” for this exceptional experience. The hike led the group up to the majestic Moosalp either on foot or in a wheelchair.

Despite the changeable weather, a record number of participants turned up and the weekend was very much shaped by solidarity, mutual support and a strong sense of community. Special thanks go to all the helpers, sponsors and supporters who accompanied the group in each of the 16 bends with care and motivation. The finale on Sunday in Saas-Fee rounded off this unforgettable event. Thank you so much!
