SCCSS Activity: physical activity, sedentary behaviour and sleep in childhood cancer survivors
Surviving childhood cancer can have a long-term effect on health behaviour. This also includes physical activity, sedentary behaviour and sleep as central components of our physical and mental health. Recent questionnaire studies are starting to indicate that paediatric cancer survivors exercise less than their peers without cancer.
Aim of the study
SCCSS Activity examines the behaviour of childhood cancer survivors in relation to physical activity, sedentary behaviour and sleep. The study aims to raise awareness of a healthy and active lifestyle, as the disease can have a long-term impact on the health behaviour of those affected.
